Action Items:
- Consider applying to attend the Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI) from March 6-8 in Charlottesville, a leadership experience for club officers, committee chairs, and current and aspiring club leaders. It is designed to equip Lions with leadership skills via workshops, case studies, and group discussions, to better communicate, build teams, solve problems, make decisions, lead empathetically, and delegate effectively, by offering practical tools and frameworks in small groups to support growth and impact leaders. Our District has only 10 slots, so do not wait to apply.
